Systems Alignment

Do a deep dive review of gaps and complex pain points within programs and across systems. Propose key changes and implementation for better alignment.

Analytic Frameworks

Take a policy issue or idea and organize it into an intellectual framework that helps the client clarify its thinking, and implement and communicate policy change. Create typologies of problems and solutions.

Draft grant applications; and research & design original programing in response to RFPs.

Research policy issue (literature review, survey best practices, diagnose problems), and draft report outlining issues and proposing changes.

Performance Management & Reviews

Conduct a review with the client of goals, data, current programs (including gaps); combine a written review of issues with a package of recommendations (setting benchmarks and key programmatic changes) in a report.
